Subject: [DMP-TALK:752] Pattern repeating?
Hi, I'm new to this list, so please excuse me if this question
has been answered in the past.
I'm just curious to know why DMP 4.00 still does not support
pattern repeating (playing a marked section of a pattern x number of
times)? I have several modules in my collection that use repeating;
some of them I have rewritten in order to sound like they were meant
to, but others I have not had time to. Something tells me there must
be a really good reason why it is not implimented. Other than that
and the fact that DMP crashes when trying to shell to DOS, great
program-wouldn't use any other player with my SB16.

Does anybody have a copy of the extra utils that were shipped with DMP
versions 2.40 to 2.46? I'm perticularly interested in the .bat files for
extracting .s3m mods from Future Crew demos. If anybody has them, or knows
where I can find them, please contact me directly.

Did you have to do anything special to get it to run on your SB16 ? It
doesn't seem to want to play on mine. Starts up ok and looks like it's
playing, but no sound comes out :-(. DMP301 plays just fine. Even tried
the revised drivers, with no success.
Wonder if I need to try it with qemm 7.5 'unloaded' ? Anybody else have
any experience with this ?

Hello out there!!!
I'm currently working on a project to intergrate the technics sound
system with a computer.(in general) Mainly the sound blaster and other
ports will control the technics digital link.
Currently I'm trying to write a routine to change the volume of the
soundblaster for each of the channels MIDI,VOC,MAST,MIC,LINE,CD.
Please could someone give me a routine to do this in ASM,PASCAL or C
Thank you
Bye
Torben
